I concede. I really don't know anything about lighting, so I couldn't
comprehend how creativity could be involved. I think, though, that there are
different ways to define creativity. From the way you described how you set up
lights, I'd call that ingenuity, which is definitely a kind of creativity that
is great to have and is necessary. However, let me modify my original
statement by saying that I don't see how lighting can be considered "art" in
the traditional sense of the term. I mean, you're not expressing yourself in
any way. Or are you? Again, I don't really have experience in this area, so
if you can prove me wrong, I'd love to hear what you have to say.
