I have a DX2/66 w/ 32MB and really like OS/2. 3DS renders at exactly
the same speed under OS/2 and DOS as long as there aren't any CPU
intensive background tasks going on concurently in OS/2. I did a
back-to-back test on the same machine and got the same time (39sec).
The productivity gain is unbelievable, especially if you are like me
and have only one decent computer. Guess what?, I'm rendering as I
type this!
