Sometimes I wonder if the Amiga computer magazines in this country are talking to C= or if they make it all up. The general impression they all gave was, the CD32 is really an A1200 without the I/O ports and the floppy drive and these will be available soon as add ons. Its a console that turns into a real computer ! I bought it hoping I could use it to run AGA software (OK, I admit it, play AGA games !). And when the expansion unit comes out I can link it to my A500+ and get a CD-ROM drive and AGA, and still be able to use my GVP Turbo accelerator/hard disc. I'm beginning to wonder if this will really happen, but I think the chances are still good. As far as pushing the Amiga as a games machine is concerned, I don't like it because it is obvious that this machine is capable of much more. But when I tried to convince my employers to go for Amigas when they needed a display system I just could not get them to accept the Amiga as a serious machine. I recently heard that someone in our company had seen Scala running on an Amiga and had really liked it. And can you guess what their first question was ? "Can I get this on a PC ?".
