Don't you mean "screwed by Microsoft?" Now that IBM owns all of OS/2,
the tools are priced much more reasonably. The Device Driver Kit is
$199, and the "Developer's Connection" was $129 for the first year's
subscription (you get a CD every quarter with the newest tools).
