Maybe Greg Pyros can duplicate it as an IPAS for $99. <GGGG>
You might want to check out the old threads on clouds using smoke IPAS
mapped to a large rectangle at low camera angles to give real cloudy
sky effects. Then add some degree of Opacity in the materials
editor.
