There is a toggle to display to screen, that should be off.
All you want selected is printer. You could have screen, printer, IFF file
turned on if you want but once the page exceeds a certain size you'll see the
requester "Can't create page buffer", or something like it. Graphics displayed
on screen all use chip ram; so fast ram, gigamem can't help us in that
department.
The DPI should be set to what you want your printer to output so bump it up
past the 300 dpi. You may not be able to get 2448 x 4104 out of the printergfx
preference program; I had to revert to using a 2.04 version. 2.1 and up may not
let you set a page length of 4104 pixels.
Not too sure about the halftone buffer, I've never had to fool around with that
setting. The ones I needed to change were page length & size.
