#Ideas for Stage Edit
Just got Imagine 2.9… So far so good. Since you solicited new ideas in your
notes supplied with the disks, I have a couple.
1) Now that the stage editor has LAYERS it would be nice to be able to
sort BY LAYERS. This would group all the realated stuff together so I
wouldn't be tromping up and down loooong scrolling lists. By the way,
Layers are REALLY USEFUL.
2) I have always wanted to be able to STRETCH or SHRINK the time line
in the stage editor. Effects and other things which have timing
setting would just be proportionally adjusted. I seem to need to
tweek my frame timing after I get well along in a scene. Being
able to select a subset of objects (maybe a layer(s)) would even
be cooler, I could stretch/reduce the timelines on only some objects.
