Mike: Greetings. Have a question for you. I've been having trouble getting a PageStream2.2 document saved as a Postscript file to print successfully on a VersiTech 8900 color plotter at a local reprographics house. (Due to the size of the page, I have to go to these people). I have the doc set up as 30" x 15" page, and used three colors. I've tried both Postscript drivers, 2.2.11 and 2.2.99, but they keep telling me the page comes out blank on their preview screen prior to printing. The bounding box is there, but no text or anything. I've also tried sending the file with different settings: with and without adding "color" in the Special text gadget on the print requester, Mechanical and No Separation, etc. Still it comes out blank on the other end. They've told me that if I can send them the file in TIFF they can play with it, but alas, I don't know of any way to get the file out of PageStream that way and I'll bet there isn't one. FYI, they use Smart Color Sun System to "rip," and load it into the program Posterworks for prining. Any idea what's going wrong? Really need to sort this out. Thanks, CarsonT
