Much depends on whether you are working out of your house or have a
full office to support. Does the client care if you have full
liability insurance and people to cover if you get sick so as not to
miss a deadline? If so, they are usually prepared to pay more. Also,
minor things like experience, previous projects completed, etc. add a
lot to your ability to get more money for your animation work.
Another factor is the part of the world you are in, and the
competition in the local area.
