I was going to jump in and suggest Fargo, ND for Siggraph 96, then back
off and suggest Minneapolis as an alternate site just to appear somewhat sane.
But seriously, as you know, Mpls. would be a great spot in the summer!
Winnipeg, Manitoba would be marvelous too (both 250 miles from Fargo).
Heck, why not just have it in Fargo? We've got the "Fargodome" which
holds over 27k people for concerts. You could put a lot of soybeans in dat der
dome!).
