If you're brave you can rig a PC power supply to work with a 4000. You have to
open up the 4000's power supply and find which leads are 12v and 5v as well as
their polarity. Then splice the wires into the corresponding wires on another
powersupply. If you do this be very careful, you can get shocked from the
capacitors in the power supply (I speak from experience). Also you should test
the leads first so you don't end up frying your motherboard.
