Converting Image

By Importing I assume you mean converting an image to a flat object, as
indicative of the above message. The above message has nothing to do with the
image map itself, but rather with Imagine not being able to successfully add
all the faces to the complex object created from the image. Best you can do is
to have Imagine show you the results, then add the faces it was not able to
add. To see which faces are missing, open the PERSPECTIVE window full screen
and select shaded viewing method. This will show you the holes where faces
were not added.
