/* I' TRIYNG TO MAKE AN ANIMATED LIGHTNING SCENE BUT CAN'T GET A GOOD RESULT; I
WAS TRIYNG WITH MATERIAL MORPHINGS (FROM INVISIBEL TO A WHITE SELF ILUMINATET
MATERIAL) within a few frames. AS I CAN'T GET A SADISFIYNG RESULT I WAS
WUNDERING IF THER IS AN IPAS TO DO THIS? OR DO YOU KNOW A GOOD WAY TO SOLVE
THIS PROBLEM? */
Note #1: turn your CAPS LOCK button off. Caputalized messages usually indicated
yelling.
Note #2: I've seen some very effective lighting achieved by rendering
(under the non-lightening) the entire scene, and then going back to
certain frames in the rendering and doing single frame rendering with
a spotlight that is blindingly bright (or even an omni light,
although well-pronounced shadows really makes the effect come alive).
I generate tons of single frames as TGA files before the actual
compile into a movie, and swapping out like this a few "bright"
frames is very quick. You could also keyframe certain spots at very
high brightness if you wanted to do the whole thing in one shot.
