>>What wrong with working with the owners. Nothing at all. We sure don't mind it. Work is work. We have even done some stuff for training videos lately. But we have been in the architectural design and drafting business for almost 40 years. We can see where this would revolutionize the design process, allowing the owner/user of the new building to get what he/she really wants and allowing the architect to better his own designs. If the owner can see the usefulness and is willing to spend the money, why can't the architect? We all know that computer graphics is where all types of visualization is headed. So how do you convince an architect that he/she needs to jump on before they get left behind? Is the problem the architectural community itself and the 'professional pride' inherent with this type of highly trained and highly skilled profession (I can hear the can o' worms opening now<g>)? Are they afraid that we are going to steal their business? Or is it just that they are reluctant to use something that they are unfamiliar with? I think the discussion we generate here might help us all learn something. Regards, Brandon
