Hi, Brandon. Just a thought from a former CAD production grunt: I have found that engineers, like architects, also tend to resist change (computer graphics??…), and in general, acceptance of new technology tends to be a function of AGE…try the "progressive, the-future-is-now" angle with the younger ones, and maybe a more soft-peddled, appreciative-of-the-past-contributions, RESPECTFUL orientation with the more experienced architects.
