Sanford Kennedy's concerns about copyright a valid and important. If
anyone is preparing a submission for 3D/XP (or any other publication)
then maybe you should print out a hard copy (with copyright notice)
contact the Library of Congress for the proper forms and send the
submission via "snail mail" to the prospective publisher directly (at
least until we get an answer from a lawyer) Anyone wanting my
(postal) address should contact me. Also I would be interested in
hearing other people's experiences in regards to this matter.
