The only experience with the internet that I have is with my own service
provider. (I've only been 'surfin for about two months now) I have a text shell
account (for the moment , that's it). When I talked about transfer speed, of
course I meant to the host computer, I can then do my 28.8 "download" at my
leisure (I get five megs of space for free). With my provider, a text only
shell account has unlimited time for the monthly fee ($17.95). Do you really
think it's worth-while to have both a text shell and a SLIP/PPP account? The
more I think about it, the more I wish I'd thought about it <g> .
