You need the AmigaGuide 'the program' that actually reads the guide files using the amigaguide.library. Normally, the AmigaGuide program is placed in Utilites. You can download the entire AmigaGuide system from AmigaUser LIB2 (Official Updates), as file AMIGAG.LHA. The amigaguide system should have been part of 2.1 (or even 2.04) but wasn't finished in time. Commodore has released it as a downloadable 'update' for users with earlier versions of the OS. AmigaDOS 3.x, shipped with a version of amigaguide (Multiview plus amigaguide datatype) to read the guide files. – Ron.
