Kevin; I have the OEM version of the ATI card with the Mach 64 chip and a PCI bus, and it has the same problem with version 3 and 4 of 3DS. The problem it is two fold. 1) it takes quite a while to get into 3DS, about 1.5 min. unless you use a TSR that is here on this forum called ANITVESA.EXE which eliminates the vesa calls for the ATI board. And 2) After working in 3DS the computer locks up if I try to go into windows with re-booting first. The Vibrant drivers seem to leave some stuff in the memory of the ATI card. Other then this you should not have any problems between vers 3 and 4. By the way, if you dealer is calling the OEM version of the ATI card by the same name as the Retail version then they are misrepresenting the product because ATI calls the OEM the WinGraphics Pro Turbo.
