>Just a note concerning Razor Pro and the lack of responses to your inquiries. Razor Pro is still in beta with many folks putting it through the paces.< This is something quite different from what I have been told from Jamie. I have been talking with him since I saw the advertisement of "regular" Razor several months ago. If fact, I was the one to tell him about the PAR, and suggest that he get with DPS. I also talked with the President of DPS, and told him about Razor. Since that time, I have called Jamie several times about PRO. After discussing with him about beta testing, he said that I first would need to by Razor, which I purchased. After that, I called several times to check on the progress of the program, since he had not called me. I also faxed him a 2 pages worth of ideas to implement. He said that the program wasn't ready for beta yet. After a few calls, he told me that the guys at DPS were the only ones testing PRO, that he didn't need me, and that it would be shipping in 2 days. (last week some time) Now I am left with Razor, which has no use to me at all, and feel really screwed over by the entire thing. He's always been a nice guy, but man I got burned. Hopefully, he's got a good reason for all of this. Jeez, without me he wouldn't have his $800 wonder program, and would still be getting less than $75 for his old program thru a bundle.. Sorry to dump here, but I'm left burned by the thing, and so is my employer(who spent the money). And to make things worse, I now have to instill some sort of faith in my employer about In-Sync so I can even get PRO.. (which, obviously, I would like to have) Certainly, I wasn't looking for a hand out, just some honesty and appreciation. If anyone has any corrections here (like you all who have PRO are working for DPS, and that's how you got the beta) let me know. I'd love to have this resolved in a good way. Otherwise, it's pretty apparent I was "forgotten". JNJ
