John, Grace, myself and several others are here most days, so please let us
know what "message" it is that you would like to get to us quickly. We would
be glad to respond as soon as we get any such message. Also, just so you know,
in case it is ever of any assistance to you or others you can also send
messaged directly to anyone at Autodesk by using the syntax of
firstname/lastinitial@autodesk.com so mine would be wayneh@autodesk.com This
will send the message direct to our Autodesk email box and can sometimes get
faster and more convenient action as we typically only get up on CIS once a day
and sometimes less with road travel.
As for your being "dropped" from the ATC section, you were going to get me a
message on this with the details when we left Atlanta. Having not seen
anything I assumed you were all up and running as this message would seem to
imply as well, but let us know if not. There are LOTS of people on line here
reading all messages so please speak up with any problems and needs and you
will find them very quickly addressed. If not, please let me know.
Glad you made it back to to BC safe and sound, enjoyed the chance to chat with
you, albeit briefly, at AU. Say hi to those that would remember.
