Could be as simple as: @ECHO OFF IF EXIST C:\3ds4\images\file0500.tga GOTO :CALL END :CALL (put in here whatever it takes for your particular modem to call you) As soon as file 500 is rendered and saved to the hard disk, the program will find it and execute the rest of the batch file. As you can imagine, this is an extremely powerful concept, one which most people have pretty much ignored (with the notable exception of Martin "Mr. Video Post" Foster, of course).
