Peter, Boy, am I glad to hear from Oz on the subject of 3DS. My wife and I are emigrating to Sydney in the new year (well October, 1995) and I would love to begin to understand the 3DS scene in Australia. I am hoping to get into a business already using 3DS in oz in order to better understand the uses it is put to over there. Is there anything you can tell me to make the passage to an oz based 3DS job easier? I must admit that I am new to the rendering game and am still feeling my way here in the UK. I would suggest that the UK is not in any way as saturated with the 3DS-ers like the states seems to be, with the market for animation here dominated by the high end broadcast houses. I don't know how long that will last though and I do believe that there is an ever growing market for the likes of ourselves in the UK taking business from these more expensive enterprises. (If anyone disagrees let me know as I am happy to be corrected)
