As was mentioned, Adobe Premire, is a package that would work for
you. Macromedia Director has a Windows version that would be an
expensive option, but would definetly suit your needs. There are
some shareware programs available that run slide show type
presentations as a windows screensaver. You might look around in the
librarys, you will probobly find something inexpensive that would
suit your needs. But if you have the funds Premiere or Director are
the most versatile programs I know of.
