Thanks Alex. Unfortunately it looks like I'm going to spend 50k+. Are you using Alias now? Do you know anyone in NYC area doing human facial and hand modeling and animation? I am focusing on facial gestures and finger movements, and Flock of Birds probably probably won't work for this. I've seen a few Alias and Soft demos but they are using facial techniques that either take an incredibly long time to model and animate or are not very realistic (e.g. Soft's Kiss product). I'm looking for a breakthrough product or method, any thoughts or contacts I can follow up with would be greatly appreciated.
