Furthermore, they all must be charged the same rate (the minimum) regardless of how many are aired. In short, the stations have no control over what they show, once they've choosen to show political commercials. This creates an abundance of commercials that go something like: "Senator John Smith says he's tough on crime, but he didn't even show up to vote for the violence agianst kittens bill. –Paid for by People for Bob Jones for Senate" Of course if I were a car saleman, I couldn't have a commercial that says: "Warning!!! Chevy trucks may explode when hit from the side. –Buy a Ford at 123 Pine Street." > So it's limited. < Good! Jeff,
