Simple RAW triangles are a common exchange format here, due to their portability and Steve Anger's RAW2POV convertor. It's just a list of vertices, 9 on a line, separated by spaces. A word on a line by itself is a group separator, used to divide subobjects and parts. There's a million flavors of DXF, it's a nightmare.
