Were you able to play the movie that came with the viewer? If so then I
would suspect that the other movies that you're trying to play may not be
'flattened' for QuickTime For Windows.

btw…I wrote it for them. So ya got the right guy to ask questions to.
Also, I don't check this forum that often so if you have continuing problems
with the viewer you might get a quicker response over in EDRIVE.
