IMHO the Intel Smart Recoder is not smart at all and slow. Check out
DC1tv from miro. It does real 30 fps at at least 320×240 (higher in
PAL mode, dunno about NTSC mode, but the card can do both). And
Premiere comes bundeled with it for only $200 extra. -David
