Lily, I know, nobody was being rude. It just struck me funny. Judging from the huge <?> number of messages here, it seems that some others have gotten lost in the shuffle as well. Oh, well, I imagine everyone interested in demos will soon find their way here as well. BTW, how can I get signed up for the private section? I have no problem with sharing my code with the rest of the group if I get to see some of your code too (i.e. "I'll show you mine if you show me yours" <g>). Right now the only thing I have that might be of interest to the team is a "Ball Engine" of the type Arjan showed off in the UltraForce "Vectdemo" demo. It's pretty fast, I have a little demo of a bunch of water molecules bouncing around the screen, and it does about 35FPS on my 486/66. The "main" program is in Turbo Pascal, but the ball renderer (with distance shading) is in inline assembly, so that could be used inside a C implementation just as easily. Oh, BTW, it's in X mode 320×240. If you're interested, I'd like to join up. Regards, Fred Trafton
