Bri, Catch my answer over in the Public Demo thread. It actually works by drawing multiple pixels at once instead of just a single one for each pass. Any set of 3 pixels must always be one of: * * * *** * * * … or 90-degree rotations of the above. Using this fact, you can decide on more than one pixel per iteration. Also, you can use symmetry to draw from both ends at once towards the middle, thus doubling the speed again. Graphics Gems has a pretty good explaination. Regards, Fred Trafton
