Sorry, I have no idea at this point–it's been a long time since I looked for a
used book. My (semi-retired) folks decided this sounded like a challenge and
they're the ones that actually went to the bookstore(s) (in the Colorado
Springs area). We're headed out for a visit so I may be able to answer that
