Jim, yes you could render on different platforms… as for the speed of a PPC
8100 comared to our indy… I wouldn't know since we're not that lucky….all
we have is a silly little 6100 but it comes pretty darn close to that P90 and
would definitely make me think twice about buying an Indy…. you sure could
buy a lot of PPCs or P90s with that kind of money….
