I'm developing a program for windows 3.1 written using MSVC++, I would like to
include pictures and animations in it to make it look more attractive and keep
user interested rather than just giving an message box saying "Please wait,
processing in progress…". So I would be happy if the Animation library is in
LIB or DLL form rather than a seperate package itself.
