Gavin, I'm going to have to pass on that one. Thanks for the interest though. As you mentioned, the specific techniques were indeed "hard-earned". Alot of time, energy and money went into developing these techniques. I have been thinking about creating some type of manual revealing my methods and madness. But there would have to be a large enough audience that would be interested in purchasing such a manual for me to reveal my secrets. If there is such an audience, I would seriously consider it.
