Greg, I tried the same thing with identical objects. I loded the object twice in the detail editor and tried to import one state to the other object, but still no effect. Imagine accepts all inputs and creates the new state, but the the object that I import to does not change at all. So basically it works, but then it doesn't <g> Have you ever succesfully imported a state from one object to the other? Maybe you could do a indiot proove step by step description. Could be that I'm just skipping a small but essencial step. -David
