OS/2's swapping is handled strictly by OS/2. The point is that it fools
Phar Lap into thinking there is so much RAM available that Phar Lap doesn't
NEED to swap. If Phar Lap never swaps, then it never even allocates swap files
so it doesn't HAVE to release them! OS/2's own swapping, being full 32-bit, is
vastly superior.
I've heard that unlike NT 3.1, Windows NT 3.5 CAN successfully run 3DSr3.
Can anyone verify or debunk this? We have NT 3.5 but are afraid to install it
on our 3DS machines.
