No, the Bridgeboard isn't my main MS-DOS machine. It's useful for passing
information to/from the Amiga using aread/awrite, for checking such data, and
for "true multiprocessing" (doing something there while my OTHER MS-DOS machine
is occupied). I'm not looking to expand the BB to more memory, more RAM, or
more storage – the 10MB borrowed from Janus is adequate (and all I can afford
to lose from my 40MB job).
I should look around locally, Betty, and see what's available. I take it
that any standard IDE drive will plug in and replace my existing 40MB drive.
With 3.1, things are VERY crowded, and it's time to find more HD room.
