Beta Release

It's finally here and posted in the IPAS4 forum library for your perusal! 3D
Studio IPAS4 Beta Release #1. This is the first beta release; documentation
will follow in a week or so. Here are a few notes about this release:
1. WATCOM 10 is not supported in this release.
2. There is a new SXP example ccube_i.sxp.
3. iscan_i.pxp will not build with WATCOM 9.5.
4. info_i.pxp does not work with MetaWare.
5. If/when the makesamp batch file does not find the WATCOM directory set,
it will ask the user to edit line 17, when in fact it's line 16 of the
file that should be edited. This is minor and easys to
fix.
