No, not necessarily. Look through the card's manual to see any reference to the
VESA modes that the card may support or if there is a VESA TSR that needs to be
loaded in order to activate the VESA fucntionality(VESA this, VESA that…<g>).
I'm sure Media Vision incorporated VESA compliant modes in their card. Lastly,
I believe Media Vision is on CompuServe. Maybe drop by their forum and ask
about VESA compliant features of their card.
