Abnormal termination
Just set up a simply lantastic connnection between two machines with dongles.
First problem was to get the parallel ports away from the net so that they
could be recognized. Now when both machines are running with 3D studio up, and
one wants to borrow a file from the other machine, I get a memmory default
error & program shuts down. Artisoft says that I may need to upgrade one of
the nodes to a V6.0 version. Any thoughts. Also, I need to yank my modem card
to get soft-vtr and targa working properly. Targa freezes up and I get an
erroneous i/o error from soft=vtr. Irq's look okay. Problem may also be that
the simply version dosen't allow the use of com1 even though the net has givven
up contol of it. May need another box for all the goodies. Modem, tape backup,
soundblaster, cd-rom ect.,
