#alpha channel
Is there a way to superimpose a flic file over a bitmap decal say a photograph
so that the opacity of each image would be equal. I know you can use the alpha
channel to allow an image through a single color and that's not the effect I'm
looking for. I wnat to see both images completely at the same time.
