Hi, Chris. If you are looking for a paint program with the ability to
draw & paint using very-well-simulated traditional media, might I
suggest Fractal Design Painter. Version 3.0 for windows is just
starting to ship this week, and promises to greatly facilitate
animation creation. I haven't used Photoshop much since I got FDP
2.0/x2. I recommend it highly!:) Type GO GUGRPA for a forum that
covers FDP and Photoshop, along with several other useful graphics
programs.
