You are right, 2.01a is the version number. When I said V2, I meant the latest
increment of V2. I should be more specific. Thank you for pointing that out.

Crippled means the program has been changed from the orriginal to have
functionality reduced. A HW lock is not crippled, becuase the original has a HW
lock. That means it is the same as the original. Not crippled. Upgrading is a
pricing issue. Has nothing to do with crippled software.
The differences you mentioned _are_ mentioned on the label on the front of the
box.
