#CEI/CBM Status
PMFJI – Jim – By CC I believe you mean Creative Computing. CC is a mail
order house in California. The CEI we have been discussing is Creative
Equipment International. From what I've seen in the messages, most Amigans
have had some problem with CC.
CEI was the major distributor for CBM to US dealers and had been
configuring specific systems with Emplant's, accelerators and bigger
drives to support the market. It is CEI, not CC, that is bidding for the
Amiga technology.
By the way, CEI started selling CBM products over 17 years ago.
