I have a Microway flicker fixer complete with manual and software sitting in its box doing nothing at the moment. Your monitor is not mentioned (manual is too old, I think) but what might be of interest is that for other Sony monitors it stresses that you should NOT use the cable that comes with the monitor, and that the digital/analog switch should be set to analog. The pin-outs for the cable should be as follows; 9 pin D-SUB, male at both ends: pin # pin # RED 1 3 GREEN 2 4 BLUE 3 5 HSYNC 4 8 VSYNC 5 9 GND 6 6 GND 7 7 GND 8 1 GND 9 2 Hope this helps.
