Tomorrow, I'll be trying to do the above. I'll record an audio section over a
black
screen and put a several second leader before the audio starts. In the
fine tune panel, I'll end the video clip at the end of the leader, and keep the
audio running the full length of the clip. Adding video clips with the audio at
0% should allow this kind of edit. We'll find out, I guess.
By the way, has anyone found a way to adjust the audio input levels, short of
an external mixer? It would be nice to have audio metering, ala Studio 16.
