That's typical in the starting edge of a new trend. If your customers got a
mimimum DTV machine (486/50 or 486/66 with 8M RAM) and a camcoder already,
spending less than $1,500, he/she can get himself/herself a decent capture
board (miro DC1, Fast MM Pro, Intel SVR Pro, and so on) and a decent off-line
video capturing and editing software (many come bundled with the board).
Probably they can even use the money left to buy themselves a bigger HD (around
US$.5 per mega bytes for IDE drive) or add a few mega RAM.
On the other hand, if it is a well known area to the general public, there is
also no need for you to write review article. Right?
