Hi, folks. Been hearing a lot of complaints about the people at TechniSoft
over on BIX, and was directed to similar problems over here (so much for group
purchases, eh, Bela?). Anyway, since I live about 25 miles from Murray, UT, I
thought I'd drop in on the folks there and ask them (on behalf of a number of
BIXen and CISers) just what the (*&$# is going on. What I need from you folks
is information: dates, names, addresses, credit card types (but *not*
numbers)…in short, all that I need to tell them, "*You* debited so-and-so's
credit card on such-and-such a date and never shipped" or "There has been a XX%
failure rate in what units you *have* shipped!", etc. Send me the data via
EMAIL. I'm going to try to go up there at the end of this week or the start of
next week, so get it to me ASAP. Thanks. ..bruce..
