There IS a Turbo-to-Modula translator! It's being marketed by Logitech for
their MS-DOS M2 compiler (and therefore uses Logitech specific function calls).
I have it, but never really bothered to use it for converting Turbo programs to
TDI-compatible M2 code. I guess it can be done, but will still require
extensive manual intervention.
